Hey Everyone!!
So Yesterday my life was definitely going through a shit storm. I have a current balance with my school of $11879.97 and I have reduced it to $11690.17 so far. Objective: Understanding the development of Northern Italian cuisine
Lecture Notes
Northern Italy has eight regions. The regions are; Emilia; Friuli; Liguria; Lombardy; Piedmont; Trentino; Velle d'Osta; Veneto. Italy has a great selection of cheeses, a few are; gorgonzola; Asiago; Mascarpone; and Fontina. I am sure they are all super yummy. Of course, Italy has great wines. Northern Italian cuisine is heavily influenced by France, Hungary, Spain and a few other countries since it shared a boarder. A native bitter green in Italy would be chicory, but we did not have chicory we had a different kind of bitter lettuce. Part
